By using Harmonii Pause — Educator Wellbeing Intelligence Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app, dashboard, or waitlist.
Harmonii Pause provides wellbeing insights at three levels:
Individual Educator · School Leadership · Organization / Network Leadership
1. Nature of the service
Harmonii Pause is a personal wellbeing companion and school intelligence platform designed to support reflection, emotional awareness, and wellbeing strategy among educators and school leaders. It is not a therapy, counselling, medical, or crisis intervention service.
2. Harmonii Coach
Harmonii Coach offers supportive reflection only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support, medical advice, or emergency services. Users remain responsible for all decisions made based on content within the app.
Harmonii Coach is powered by AI and may occasionally produce responses that are incomplete or not fully tailored to your situation. Use your own judgement when interpreting its responses.
3. Crisis and emergency situations
If you or someone you know is in crisis or danger, please contact a qualified mental health professional or local emergency services immediately. Harmonii Coach is not equipped to respond to emergencies.

Mental health support: contact a licensed mental health professional, healthcare provider, or appropriate local support service.
4. User responsibility
Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Harmonii Consultancy is not responsible for outcomes resulting from reliance on app content, journal reflections, wellbeing reports, coaching sessions, or Harmonii Coach responses.
5. Coaching and wellness services
Harmonii Pause may offer access to coaching sessions, wellbeing workshops, meditation sessions, breathwork, sound healing, retreats, and other wellness experiences through Harmonii Experiences.
These services:
- Are educational and supportive in nature
- Do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
- Are voluntary — participation is at the user's discretion
- May be delivered online or in person
- May involve external facilitators approved by Harmonii
Booking information for coaching and wellness sessions is used solely to facilitate your session. It is not shared with your school or organization and is not included in any wellbeing reports.
6. Organization accounts
- Organization accounts may access aggregated wellbeing insights across multiple schools.
- Organization users may view network-level trends and benchmarking reports.
- Individual employee identities are not displayed within organization dashboards. Harmonii reports display aggregated wellbeing trends only and do not identify individual staff members.
- Organization reports are intended to support wellbeing strategy, resource allocation, and organizational improvement.
- Harmonii Pause is not intended for employee disciplinary action, performance evaluation, or employment decisions.
7. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, audio recordings, written content, graphics, designs, software, and other materials associated with Harmonii are the property of Harmonii Consultancy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission.
8. Changes to the service
Harmonii may modify, update, or discontinue features and pricing at any time. Users will be notified of material changes where possible. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harmonii Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of Harmonii Pause, Harmonii Coach, wellbeing reports, coaching services, or any related platform features.
Users access and use the platform at their own discretion and are encouraged to seek qualified professional support where needed.
10. Age requirement
Harmonii Pause is intended for users aged 18 and above. It is designed for educators, school leaders, and adult professionals.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
