Privacy Notice

Harmonii Pause — Educator Wellbeing Intelligence Platform — takes your privacy seriously, especially given the personal nature of the content you may share within the app.
Your responses are confidential. Individual responses, journal entries, coaching interactions, and wellbeing reflections are not shared with schools, school leaders, or organization administrators. Organization dashboards display aggregated wellbeing trends only and do not identify individual educators.
1. What we collect
- Email addresses submitted via the waitlist form
- Journal entries — stored on your device only, never sent to us
- Mood check-in data — stored locally on your device and used to generate your personal wellbeing insights. Anonymous aggregated trend reporting may be available where enabled by participating schools or organizations.
- Weekly reflection responses — private to the user and not shared with schools or organizations
2. How we use your data
Waitlist emails are used only to notify you of the launch and send early access information. We do not sell, share, or use your email for any other purpose.
Harmonii Coach conversations: Harmonii does not store journal entries, mood check-ins, or identifiable coaching conversations on Harmonii servers. Limited technical logs may be processed by service providers to maintain system security and performance.
3. Multi-school and organization reporting
For organizations managing multiple schools, Harmonii Pause may generate aggregated and anonymized reports showing:
- Wellbeing trends
- Engagement levels
- Burnout indicators
- Support utilization
- Participation rates
No individual wellbeing responses, journal entries, reflections, or coaching interactions are visible at school or organization level.
4. Data visibility — role-based access

5. Session bookings — Harmonii Experiences
When users request coaching sessions or wellness activities through Harmonii Experiences, Harmonii may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- School name
- Preferred session type
- Availability
This information is used solely to facilitate booking and participation in the requested experience. Booking information is not included in school or organization wellbeing reports and is not shared with employers.
6. Third-party services
Harmonii uses the following services to operate:
- AI service providers — used to generate wellbeing coaching responses and platform functionality
- Hosting provider — to serve the app and landing page
Users should avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information within AI-powered features. Harmonii Coach is intended for wellbeing support and reflection and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or clinical advice.
These providers may generate limited technical logs for security and performance purposes. These logs are not used to identify individual users.
7. Your rights
- To request deletion of your email: contact hello@harmonii.consulting
- Journal entries, mood data, and reflections can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser storage
- You may withdraw from the waitlist at any time by contacting us
8. Children and minors
Harmonii Pause is designed for adult educators. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.
9. UAE data protection
Harmonii aims to process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including relevant data protection requirements within the United Arab Emirates.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email where possible.
