This page explains exactly who can see what — in plain language. No individual teacher is ever identifiable in any report, dashboard, or organizational view.

Who sees what

Access in Harmonii Pause is strictly role-based. Each role sees only what is necessary for their purpose. No role can see another role's personal data.

Harmonii Experiences — booking privacy

When an educator books a coaching session, sound healing, retreat, or any other experience through Harmonii Experiences, the following applies:

Booking information (name, email, school, session type) is used only to arrange the session
Booking data is held by Harmonii Consultancy — not passed to the educator's school or employer
Booking data is not included in school or organization wellbeing reports
Participation in any experience is voluntary and at the educator's own discretion
Experiences are educational and supportive — not medical, therapeutic, or clinical

Before booking, users must confirm that they understand the experience is voluntary, private, and not a substitute for medical, psychological, or clinical support. This consent is collected at the point of booking.

AI-generated insights

Harmonii uses AI to generate wellbeing insights, coaching responses, and leadership recommendations. The following applies:

AI-generated leadership insights are based on anonymous, aggregated data. Harmonii Coach responses are generated from the individual user's interaction and are not visible to schools or organization administrators.
AI recommendations are suggestions — not clinical assessments, diagnoses, or medical advice
Harmonii Coach conversations are treated as private user content and are not visible to schools, principals, or organization administrators
Wellbeing scores are self-reported indicators — not clinically validated psychological assessments
All AI outputs should be interpreted by qualified school leaders using their professional judgement

Common questions — investors & school groups

Is coaching data private?

Yes. Coaching conversations between educators and Harmonii Coach are treated as private user content and are not visible to schools, principals, or organization administrators. Booking information is held by Harmonii Consultancy only.

Are wellbeing scores clinically valid?

Harmonii wellbeing scores are self-reported mood indicators designed to surface trends and support reflection. They are not clinically validated psychological assessments and should not be used for diagnostic, medical, or employment purposes.

How are AI recommendations generated?

AI recommendations are generated using secure AI systems from anonymous, aggregated check-in patterns. They are supportive suggestions based on trend data — not clinical or medical guidance. School leaders should apply professional judgement when responding to recommendations.

Who can see individual teacher data?

No one. Individual teacher responses are never visible to principals, organization administrators, or Harmonii staff. The platform is designed so that aggregation is the only mode of output at leadership level.

Is Harmonii Pause an official ADEK or KHDA tool?

No. Harmonii Pause is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by ADEK or KHDA. It is designed to help schools organize wellbeing evidence in line with UAE school wellbeing and inspection priorities — but it is an independent product developed by Harmonii Consultancy.

What data protection standards apply?

Harmonii Pause is designed in alignment with UAE data protection principles. Data minimization, purpose limitation, and role-based access control are core to the platform architecture. For enterprise or government procurement, a full data processing agreement is available on request.
